The Lease
We offer excellent terms to holders of our pub leases. Factor the following criteria into your business plan.
- The pub lease runs for a 10-year term
- Assignable after two years (landlord consent not unreasonably withheld)
- You purchase fixtures, fittings, stock-in-trade, glassware and stores
- Rent paid monthly in advance
- Rent review every five years; no annual increase
- Operation of the franchise according to the operating manuals and guide
- You are responsible for Building Insurance (via Mitchells & Butlers) and separate business insurance
