Glowing Testimonials from our Franchisees

News story image

Jon Bassett of JW Bassett Pubs & Bars, Franchisee of The Crown - Bristol, Queens Vaults - Cardiff and The Golden Egg - Kilburn, recently told the Morning Advertiser "the relationship with M&B is excellent. I worked for the company for 14 years, so I know a lot of the people.  They are very understanding and it is more of a partnership than two seperate businesses.  I see the Franchise Operations Manager once a month and talk on the phone to them at least once a week. They are very good at coming back with decisions.  I'm fine with the franchise agreement. It works well if I grow sales.  He chose M&B as "the quality of the sites is better than most pubcos" and "it does understand how multiple retailers operate".
